By booking or using services provided by Gr8ness Car Service (“Gr8ness,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all transportation services, bookings, and interactions with Gr8ness.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, contact information, and flight information (when applicable). Gr8ness is not responsible for service disruptions caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
Payment terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are disclosed at the time of booking and must be adhered to. Cancellations, late cancellations, and no-shows are subject to applicable fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Additional charges may apply for extended wait times, route changes, additional stops, property damage, or excessive vehicle cleaning.
Gr8ness Car Service is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, or acts of nature. While we make every effort to provide timely and safe transportation, arrival times are not guaranteed.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions. Gr8ness reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive.
